In light of the many recent, devastating fires, The Duiran Council is
instigating a new, temporary law:

Until Variach, year 164, ALL harvesting - with the exception of
harvesting done in order to replant an area burned by a fire - is to
cease. Anyone caught harvesting for any other reason will be enemied to
the council, and will have their harvesting powers stripped from them
until Variach, year 164. This law is inclusive of ALL harvesters, be you
Sentinel, Druid, or Rogue.

The wildlife NEEDS the time to recover from these fires and return to
its natural bounty. After the turn of the year - if there are no
additional large fires - this law will be removed, and everyone will be
allowed to enjoy the gifts nature grants us with once more.
