Greetings all of Aetolia, I would like to start this out by saying I
hate diplomacy... Ok now that I got that out of the way. Bloodloch
Militia, due to recent events I have been set forth with a 6 kill bounty
on my head from your city. These kills have no rules on them..IE I can
be teamed by anyone allied or within the city as a citizen. As this fact
I am here by stating that ALL militia members shall die untill this
rediculous bounty on my life is removed.

Be thee well Aetolians, and fear the shadows Bloodloch, for that is
where you shall find me.
