I have come across matters of confusion as to the state of emergency in
Enorian. I hereby disallow the presence of any and all Bloodloch
citizens within the walls of Enorian. As you have generally the same
interests as do the blooded and necromancers, I am unwilling to apply
good faith. The moment any non-novice under the catagories I have
previously listed will be slain without warning as well as enemied to
the City of Enorian until the state of emergency is declared over.

Novices of the previous groups will be given a single warning and ten
seconds to comply, after they are outside of the city whomever gave the
warning will give a short explanation of the situation. Any novices who
leave the realm inside of the city will as well be enemied.

Ignorance and long periods of rest are not an excuse
