Enorian is the occupier of Bloodloch, not the protector. And as you are
not the Patron of the city we make no provisions for protection your
shrines.

That said, it has already been stated publically that excepting the
Ruling council, citizens of Enorian are not to be in Bloodloch.

Futher, as your temple has not been occupied, and there are Bloodloch
guards there, anyone not allied to Bloodloch would be attacked upon
entry.

Should you wish to provide details on any Enorian citizen that has been
defiling your shrines in Bloodloch I will act upon it, as they should
not have been there to defile.
