Though Bloodloch has fallen under the occupation of Enorian, this does
not mean that her doors have opened in welcome to all the realm. Please
note that our prior laws are still in effect as pertain to allies.
Anyone who is not in the Enorian militia or thier ruling council will
need to seek ally status to be considered a welcomed party within the
city. Anyone who is neither of said militia, council or holding ally
status enters at the risk of being attacked and possibly killed by
Bloodloch's citizens. This shall remain in effect until such time as the
Minister of Occupation posts otherwise.
