Bloodloch's problems are, sadly, aetolia's problems. Ever since the
civil war we've been suffering the ill effects of Bloodloch's inability
to control itself. When Abhorash was Emperor there was at least some
control over the spread of vamparism. Now, several rogue houses exist
who are embracing anyone who will accept it so that they can attempt to
re-take the city. The spread of the curse runs unchecked and at this
rate there will soon be more vampires then mortals, the final result of
which cannot be good.

Having thought this over, my followers and I have come to an inevitable
conclusion. In it's weakened state, Bloodloch should be quite easy to
conquer. I attempted to make this offer peacefully but it was
predictably rejected so we are left with no choice but to enter
Bloodloch and declare myself King, by force if need be. Any members of
Bloodloch who attempt to oppose this action will probably find
themselves in insubstantial form a good amount of the time.

Once I am King and my chosen make up the majority of the ruling council,
our first goal will of course to be to reign in the rogue houses and
establish a system of controls over the creation of new vampires as it
is a thing which should really be taken more seriously since it
apparently cannot be undone.
