I find it quite a shame that someone so much more inexperienced than
yourself, and someone that you have considerable influence over, shows
so much more respect. He killed Vigil's raptor in his ignorance of the
bond between a paladin and his falcon, and because he was under direct
orders from you.

Perhaps in the future, you might do it yourself rather than commanding a
much younger guildmember to do so. After all, it appears that the
decision was ultimately yours - not his.
