Duiran enemies.

I advise all enemies of Duiran to read this post thoroughly.

Too long have the enemies of Duiran been enemied without it meaning
anything. Too long have they walked the forest without
fear, without danger. Too long have we let them. This will not be
tolerated any longer. We are now putting in place a
process to encourage our enemies to pay their fines and remove
themselves from our enemy list.

The new process for being unenemied to Duiran for those enemies who
aren't permenant enemies is listed below:

When enemied, you will be assigned a fine to pay, and a length of time
you must stay an enemy. Any attempts to negotiate
this will result in your fine and time being doubled.

There are three ways you may pay this fine.
1) You pay the amount of your fine in gold.
2) You can hunt any of our permenant enemies, and mail the Benandanti
three of their heads.
3) You can hunt any of our non-permenant enemies that have yet to pay
their fine, and mail the Benandanti five of their
heads.

In the case that the enemy you hunt is a vampire, a Benandanti needs to
be present to observe the slaying via deathsight.

The list of our enemies that may be hunted can be found on HELP LAWS
DUIRAN.

Once your fine has been paid in either of the above-stated ways, you
will be removed from the list of huntable people and
serve the rest your enemy time in peace, provided you do not set foot in
the forests.

For those that aren't enemied to Duiran:

We are offering bounties on the heads of our enemies who have yet to pay
their fine. The bounty amount is dependant whose
head it is. HELP LAWS DUIRAN lists the amount we are paying for each
person's head. Once again, if the enemy you hunt is a
vampire, a Benandanti needs to be present to observe the slaying via
deathsight. Once you have acquired the head, mail one of the Benandanti
it, preferably me, and we'll send you your bounty money ASAP.

Remember to include your name in the letter!

Captain Wedric Vespertine, Benandanti of Bark.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Severin, in the year 155 MA.
