Greetings, citizens of Sapience

we, the City of Ashtan, were approached quite some times now
with the request to 'borrow' our orphans, either to lead them
to Bloodloch or to Enorian.

The orphans of Ashtan are under our authority and when we want
to live what we state and we have either to allow this to BOTH
sides, not just one or have to forbid this completely.

We discussed this topic briefly and decided for the second
choice. Some of us will surely continue to landmark for one of
the two sides but we will not aide Light or Darkness in giving
out the children.

Do not lead them out of Asthan, do not ask for it, when we enter
your cities and you expect from us to obey your laws and wishes,
treat us with the same respect and do for us the same.
