Recently I have received word from Prince Zoharim regarding the random
siring of his progeny. As his goals are in direct conflict with the
goals of the city of Bloodloch from this day forth it is hereby decreed
that his newly sired progeny that currently reside outside the walls of
bloodloch shall not be permitted citizenship into bloodloch. Therefore,
