I have forgot to state something else important in this law and I am
sorry that I did so:

Entering the city of Ashtan within one half day after being involved in
a fight that I have expressed in PUBLIC POST 3008 they will not be
enemied right away, they will be asked to leave and if they do not do so
promptly, they will be enemied for 2 years and be given a fine of 5,000
gold.
