Shallam has changed a few things and I am posting this public simply so
there is no confusion. The following residents in Shallam have been give
protection (Loyal Mobiles): Winnefred Wisteria, Paradise Birds, Beggar,
Cazin, Simbata, Deburr, Timmy, Hakhim, Deneen, Camilla Prietta, Rudolpho
Montagenet, Barkash, and Oghma. Any guest or citizen that slays any of
these as well as Pericles, Laura, Ahkmeed, Maelius, and the other
blackjack dealer, will be asked to be pay a fine of 3000gp, which must
be deposited in the Shallam account within two months of the date of
offense. If this fine is not paid, the offender will be enemied for
period of two years.
