Proposals

Lady Zephy,

Granted it's little of my business what the Infernals do or don't do,
but after hearing all of this I'm very dismayed at your attitude.

I've known Dexter since he first joined the Cabal, and he has spent the
years afterward trying to make up for his past. And I do remember him
fighting to repay what he had taken and working hard to regain trust and
honor. I consider him a friend, if distant, and hope to see him
recognized for the hard work he has put into making amends. With your
apparent exception, I think most in the world understand growth and
change, lessons learned.

I would ask this simple question: What more do you hope to accomplish by
keeping Dexter forever enemied with such a requirement? You've regained
what you've lost and more, and you've proven any points you had to prove
to both Dexter and the world at large. So what else?

The foundation of honor is wisdom... At this point it reflects more on
you and your guild than on him.

Peace,

Wyle

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Variach, in the year 152 MA.
