---Treaty between Enorian and Bloodloch, Arios 9th, 150MA---

A ceasefire, whereupon both sides will immediately stop aggressions
towards the others' land, militia, or troops.

A returnal of all the land captured in the desert, the swamp, and the
lower grassland, and below but not including "Central Shamtota before
gorge" to Bloodloch. Enorian will keep the upper level of the Pash
Valley/Shamtota hills above but NOT including "Along the sides of the
gorge".

An invocation of a new Bloodlochian law, effective immediately, that
states: No allies or citizens of Bloodloch may enter the city's walls
and the protection of the guards within fifteen minutes, or one-quarter
of an Aetolian day after fighting, attacking, or conflicting.

The penalty for breaking the new Bloodlochian law is: A city fine and a
city disfavor for the first offense, and an ejection and unallying from
the city for the second. This will be enforced by both Genocide and
Bloodloch's patron, Galleus, the Sky Sovereign.

The Ambassador of Enorian shall be allied to Bloodloch to further
improve diplomatic relations.

A non-aggression clause is in place, stating that for 5 years neither
Enorian nor Bloodloch shall attack the other, or have warring conflict.
If this is broken, Galleus Himself will annihilate the troops
responsible.

In relation to the new law, all members that have been ejected and
unallied must wait an Aetolian year before they can be re-allied and
re-admitted to the city. This is to ensure that no loopholes of
unallying/re-allying are performed.
