Bloodlochians,

In order to establish a sort of check system in regards to the
Enorian peace treaty, several volunteers have stepped forward to
help with the cooperation of city law. Details follow.

When someone is in violation of the Peace treaty, a volunteer
will issue a verbal warning to said violator. The violator will
have one and a half minutes to exit the city. If said violator
does not leave the city within the alotted time span, punishment
will be handed down according to city law.

I remind you once again, you must not enter the city after any
sort of combat (this includes landmarking, or conflicts with
people not of enorian) for one quarter of a day. First offenders
not complying with a volunteers verbal warning will recieve a
disfavor and fine, and second offenders will lose ally status for
one year.
