Those of the blood of Belladona,

By showing direct disobedience to the commands of Queen Belladona,
Kauller Bouchard has shown her true face. She has cast aside her loyalty
to the one by which her power flows and by this has alienated herself
and all who follow her henceforth and forever.

I, firstborn of the Queen, call on all who loyally follow the queen, to
gather at her keep, fortified within the mist shrouded lake of the
north. From here, through the houses of Prince Zahmekoses Nebre'seir and
Prince Paracelsus Voltaire, we shall reign destruction and terror upon
the cowering vampires of Bloodloch, whose blood runs thin and weak, who
place their loyalty with mortals before blood, and mingle their fluids
with the cattle of the field.

Be warned, Belladona herself has decreed only the most elite shall join
with her in the north, should you not meet her requirements, you shall
perish for wasting our time.

Hail Queen Belladona! Hail her might supreme! Hail or falter and perish
before her wrath!
