Greetings Everyone,
This post's purpose is twofold. First I would like to point out that
Ikne's post doesn't necessarily reflect the Council's policies. Unless
one of the Benandanti make a post, you should consider it personal. If a
Benandanti makes a post and doesn't point out that it is a Council
Policy, then it should be considered personal until clarification is
made. To clear things up, this post is from the Council.
Secondly, there has been some confusion to what people get enemied for
from Duiran. I shall now give some guidelines. Anyone who attacks a
citizen of Duiran in a forest or in Eleusis without cause, will be
enemied. Anyone that commits a crime against nature, will be enemied, as
well as the already posted overharvesting laws. These are only
guidelines. As a council, we will look at each situation individually.
We refuse to have our hands bound by written laws in this area.
Attacking a citizen that has dedicated there life to preserving nature
is as bad as attacking nature itself, but we will always be fairminded
in the dealing out of justice. Once again, we will consider each
situation individually, and in the context of other incidents as
warrented.
