Dear Cuchulainn,

I am formally apologizing for what happened in the past few months. I
set an adduction vibration right inside the city of Bloodloch, it sucked
you in and you were killed by Bloodloch guards. I take full
responsibility for this and have come to the terms that you have laid
upon me:

I will stop all attacks and not be involved in any attacks against
Enorian citizens, if all cease to stop the attacks on me. This does not
include Landmarking.

Cuchulainn has agreed to this and will also be making a city post for
the citizens to read. If I am attacked by an Enorian citizen for some
stupid reason, such as:
1) You're part of SP
2) You hurt the tree. (Which by the way is now fixed)
3) You are a Bloodloch citizen
4) You can put anything you want to in four, because I'm sure I could
make a list of reason that they have made up.
