Greetings, Sapience

This post is to those of you involved in the recent conflicts involving
the villages protected by Enorian and all related issues. Please read
this carefully and keep it in mind for the days, months, or even years
to come.

Recently, there has been a "war" or a battle between two opposing
forces. Many of those involved have sought sanctuary within Ashtan's
walls immediately after, or during combat. This greatly concerns us on
the Council of Ashtan. When those of you involved in this conflict enter
our city, you are bringing the fight inside Her walls simply by being
there. So, to remedy this, we are instating the following:

Anyone found to be involved in this conflict, who is a part of a
skirmish or fight between the two groups, shall not be allowed within
Ashtan's walls for half a day following the fight. Anyone who is found
to have been involved in the fight and who enters the city before the
alotted time is up will be subject to the Ashtani justice system and
dealt a punishment as stated in Article 2, sectioned under "Sanctuary"
in HELP LAWS ASHTAN. This is a measure to keep our citizens' lives
peaceful, and to keep them safe.

Anyone who is found to have been fighting within Ashtan's walls, or to
have been causing public unrest with actions such as pulling law
protected guests out of the city using methods such as vibes, will be
enemied and fined appropriately. In addition, anyone found fighting
within Ashtan's walls will be charged with disturbing the peace and
given an additional fine.

These laws which I have stated are being implemented as temporary
measures to keep peace within Ashtan's walls. If these laws are changed
before the conflict is over, you will all be notified.
