Not even sure this is worth the gold to ask, but at least my post will
be short.

Someone want to clue me in as to why agents of Darkness feel the need to
be accepted or 'feel safe' in the City of Light? Isn't 'light' sort of
an anathema to their cause?

Maybe I'm crazy to think anyone stands for anything at all.
