This is a public message to all Ashtan shopkeepers.

Ashtan's Central Market area is flooded, and the City is recommending
that anyone who owns a shop in that area empty the stockroom of goods.
The City cannot compensate shopowners for any lost items. The City will,
however, do everything in its power to ensure that anyone who owned a
shop in Ashtan before the flooding will still have a shop after the
floods subside.

At this point, it doesn't seem like shops in the rest of Ashtan are in
any immediate danger, but as a precaution, the City is encouraging shop
owners to remove, at the least, valuables from their shops.
