Greetings,

The City of Enorian views this attack on the World Tree to be an attack
on the entire world. As such those who involve themselves in corrupting
the tree have made themselves enemies to Enorian as well as the rest of
the world.

No one who chooses to participate in this attack will be branded an
enemy of our City and our guards will slay them on sight. Those who
would attack so carelessly will not walk the streets of Enorian.

I urge all other cities to take similar action, as this attack is an
attack on all. If you have ever been immolated in the tree, you know how
it benitted the world. These people are each of our enemies.
