There's been a literally overwhelming response to the Great Hunt, with
over 2,000 kills to be sorted through, as well as scores of sketches and
essays to be evaluated, and that's with a day still left in the Hunt!
Because of this, and some otherworldly concerns, I won't be able to
complete scoring of the Hunt until well into Variach. Once the results
are in I'll be posting them here and then contacting all the entrants to
award prizes.

Since the turnout was so good and so many people hunted so hard and
well, I've decided to toss some credits of my own into the prize pot. In
addition, the Order is considering holding the Hunt again next year.

One final note: there is a rare but lingering problem that happens
sometimes if you ASK JHERANTI to list your KILLS. This problem springs
from an unforeseen wrinkle in the fabric of Reality, and a side-effect
of attempts to fix it is that we cannot, after all, accept vermin (rats,
beetles, and pinchers) in the contest. For the duration of the contest,
please do not ask Jheranti for your list of kills, and I'll be seeing if
we can't correct this problem in time for the next contest. (We probably
still will have to exclude vermin, though.)
