All harvestable herbs growing in natural locations inside the city of
Ashtan belong to the city and may only to be harvested with the approval
of an Archon or the Chancellor. From this time forward, all offenders
will be punished. This is merely a reminder for those who may have
forgotten.

The Paths of Balance in Ashtan is going up for auction. It is on Stagira
Boulevard, 2n,nw,3ne,se of the main gate of Ashtan. If there are any
questions about the shop or the auction, please direct them to me. The
opening bid is 150K. All bids must be made in messages to me. The
auction will close when bidding has stopped. When the auction is closed,
the price must be paid immediately in gold only. Please do not bid if
you are not serious about being a shopkeeper.

The current shopkeepers in Ashtan will notice a change in the city's tax
plan. The taxes on each shop should now be lower. If you have any
