I am suprised this needs saying, but apparently some Necromancers and
Vampires continue to believe that the fact the Luminary guild is not
lock up means all are Welcome, this is not the case.

Vampires and Necromancers are never welcome within the Luminary
guildhall, and any that enter are liable to be removed with force.
