Citizens of Ashtan,

I commend the bravery and loyalty of your milita and conscripted forces.
You have fought well.

Now the time for combat has ended. We must work together to rebuild your
city. Let us ensure that your city may grow and thrive.

Any who have not subbmitted an application to serve your city, is
encouraged to do so now.

We will work to ensure that we occupy your city no longer than
absolutely necessary.

I have appointed Morgan Cardinalis to serve as minister of Occupation.
Her first order of business will be to open the city shops closed by the
former leaders of Ashtan. We will then work to begin appointing leaders
who will care more for the city than their own gain. Leaders will work
with their fellow citizens to help Ashtan reach its potential.

The road ahead of us will not be easy, but it is one that can be
navigated and the destination is one that is definately worth reaching.
