Citizens of Ashtan,

In a short period of time, the City of Enorian will have captured over
60% of the City of Ashtan, and will take control of the city.

We have no desire to run your city for you. And desire that we occupy
your city for as short a time as possible. Therefore we are now
accepting applications to replace the ruling council of Ashtan.

To apply to serve your city in this capacity, please sent letters to me.
In your letter, explain why you feel you are qualified to serve in a
leadership position, what goals you have for your city, and how you feel
your city should proceed to acomplish your goals. Please be sure to
include your name.

These applications will be kept in the strictest confidance until final
decisions are made and the new council is appointed.

I also would like to note, that it is not our goal to create another
Enorian so do not worry that we are seeking clones of ourselves or
puppets.
