In responsed to my being enemied, any person who slays a member of House
Nebre'seir, has the death proved to me (i.e. witnessed by someone I
know), will be rewarded with a monetary sum. The prices are as follows:
Genocide himself: 10,000 gold sovereigns

Any full member of House Nebre'seir (non-thrall): 5,000
Thralls: 2,500
This bounty will persist until I am unenemied, at which time I will make
a public retraction, or until I run out of gold (not gonna happen).
