Hey, I have an idea. Why not just wait until they come OUT of the city?
Can't really expect a city to 'hand' over someone, can you? Especially
not some of its citizens. It's called, 'dealing with it'. It's part of
war, you know? Even if it isn't formal, or on a huge scale. S'called
fighting, you know? Guess you don't. I don't go blasting a city's
bossfolk when I get into a scrap with someone who lives there, I just
wait until they come out, or finally want to settle up before I throw
down with them. Maybe you should get a bit of patience and do the same,
huh?
