The Bloodborn will officially begin inducting new Consanguine members
the coming month or so. Currently, we are composing our policies, laws,
etc. When we are ready to begin inductions, I will scribe another public
post to indicate such. Until that time, please be patient.

On another note, please cease all requests that concern the abilities
afforded by Hematurgy. These inquiries are not being answered. Do not
waste your time, do not waste ours.
