Do we need a Constitution for Aetolia?

I hereby, as citizen of Aetolia, would beg to address all Immortals, and
pray for the attention of all Aetolians regarding an important issue,
that is: which rights does each Aetolian possess?
The solution seems simple and inherently linked to the main essence of
Aetolia - that is, every Aetolian has the right to enjoy his or her
life, or unlife, here, as long as the freedom of other Aetolians is not
ruined by it.
Yet, recent events brought what once was a problem of just one person at
a time seeking a good reason to kill people (and becoming experienced by
it), to the upcoming of an organization that, by pretending a peculiar
group of persons to be "inherently evil", is spreading hatred, disgust,
and discrimination in Aetolia regarding that particular group of people
- namely, the Consanguine.
With a sapient mix of philosophical theories, battle power, and
politics, this group is swiftly filtering through all Aetolia the idea
that a Consanguine, for the simple reason of being such, is to be hated
and fought.
By challenging only "rogue" Consanguine, this group has smartly led the
majority of Consanguine, that hope for the rejoining of all Houses under
a common flag, to watch and see while the "rogue" of them are either
killed or join back the main Houses - and while they enjoy this
rejoining, they are not acting as a whole to remove the aura of
discrimination that is strikingly clutching the heart of Aetolians.
Possibly, the idea of "superior being" which permeates their way of
unlife is acting in such a way that whatever mortals may think, shall be
of no interest to Consanguine.
As a mere Thrall, who strives for the union to the Night but who is
still mortal, i beg to see all Aetolians as equal and free-willed, and
thus able of both good and evil according to their inner spirits.
I hereby beg the Immortals, in the lack of an accord among Aetolian
leaders, to consider the creation of a Constitution for Aetolia, that
should explicitly declare all Aetolians to be equal in rights, whatever
being their race, sex, religious attunements, and conditions of health,
life or unlife; that no citizen of Aetolia should ever be discriminated,
or killed, simply for sake of being catalogued under one of such
characteristics.
A God of Truth we have lost. I beg all others Immortals who have at
heart the sorts of this World to stop the madness...
In respect, and in love for Aetolia,
Thrall Gahren Nachzeher.
