Addressed to: Everyone
Lothariel,
Long have you served the Gods on Loom Island and long shall you serve.
However, the City of Bloodloch hereby requests that you stop using your
Divine gifts to bestow citizenship to the young to our city. Citizenship
in Bloodloch is not given. It is earned. It is only available to those
who are worthy and those we see fit to join our ranks. Although we
respect the role you serve to those who begin their adventurers in
Sapience, we are starting to become quite pestered by your actions. No
one including Infernals, Indorani, or Consanguine is instantaneously
given citizenship. All citizens must undertake the necessary procedures
and interviews. To date, I have been continually ousting any person you
have bestowed citizenship upon, and I will continue. Please, do us both
a favor.
Cordially,
Duke Irawn D'baen
Penned by my hand on the 10th of Midsummer, in the year 135 MA.
