I write this to give a single warning. Anyone who kills any vampire
within Ashtan for the reasons of "purifying them" or "they are a rogue
vampire" will not ever be welcome within the city's walls until such a
time as a full formal apology is made.

If you don't like it, I really don't care. I'm not going to stand by and
let you kill my fellow citizens and vampires simply because you think
you have the moral high ground. Your actions are illegal within the
walls of Ashtan and will not be tolerated.

Any other killings within the walls of Ashtan will also be dealt with
harshly. Ashtan does not take kindly to killings within its walls,
especially of people who have helped it in the past.

I'll repeat myself, in case you don't understand. Your misguided murders
of any vampire within Ashtan for the foolishly thought out "rogue" or
"purification" reasons shall result with you forever being branded enemy
of Ashtan.

Purification comes from within ones self, not from others forcing it
upon you.

Also, your attempts at forcing "rogue" vampires to join you or die is
the height of stupidity. There are those who have no desire to join your
ranks and never will do so. Slaying us will not help you at all.

And Fira et Lumina, if I hear of you harrassing one of Ashtan's
citizens, you will pay.
