While there are some similarities to the life of a vampire, and the life
of a wild animal, there is enough fundamental difference to have caused
Haern to label vampires as unnatural, and existing outside the Rhythm.

As Rosalind has stated, when you accept the embrace, you reject free
will. You surrender your will totally, and it matters not that your sire
may choose not to use this.
