I post today to announce a declaration of war on the City of Spinesreach
on behalf of the sect known to you as Blackhand. It is suggested that,
if you are a member of the militia or the leadership of Spinesreach and
do not wish to engage in combat, you leave before the combat starts.
Ignorance will not be an acceptable excuse for "issuing" during the
events of this war. As for those of you who foolishly choose to remain,
may the gods pity your souls for your pride and vanity.
