Rather than waiting for the negotiations of a ceasefire to be fully
engaged, Ashtan decided to declare war. I was in the process of
presenting their terms when they attacked and declared war.

Since they've reopened hostilities against the Alliance, I have been
given no choice but to defend this onslaught. My stance remains firm. My
Crashing Wave is still part of this conflict.
