I am glad to see that there is achange in that you no longer want to see
the destruction of Ashtan (if I understand the recent posts). I too,
would like to see a peaceful resolution to the current situation. While
you may wish to speak to one individual to conduct the affairs of
Ashtan, I doubt that they will agree to that. I also doubt that they
like the current occupation of Ashtan and whom you have chosen to
oversee that.

What I am now offering is my services. I'll admit I have people within
RL with whom I am friendly with. I also have people in the Alliance whom
I am friendly with. I am a citizen of Shallam, the City of Light, and
cannot imagine living elsewhere. On the other hand, those who know me, I
think will tell you that I am one who can see both sides and be an
impartial mediator.

What I woulkd ask is this, first make me the minister of occupation of
Ashtan as a show of good faith. Secondly, we will set up a meeting
betwwen the Allaince and Ashtan. The composition to be as following:

Alliance: Slyphe, a member of Bloodloch, a member of Shallam, a member
of Durian, and one other of your chosing.

Ashtan: Two members of RL, two members within the council or ministers
who are not in RL (if one or none meet this requirement council appoints
one citizen (first if only one) and Slyphe appoints one), and a citizen
at large chosen by referendum (whom may not be in RL).


While I doubt either of you will totally agree to this, I believe that
we can all three make a strating point that will bring on a reasonable
solution to the current crisis.
