It is with the dismissal of Camber from the fine Consanguinic
House of Scenve'na that we launch the first Bloodhunt in some
time. Camber fancies himself a "spy" of sorts, and in doing
so has condemned himself to a constant form of Mist. Thusly,
until the Hunt is called off, anyone who places his name on
the Sight of Death will recieve 1,000 sovreigns. This
bounty may be collected from any High Council member of
Scenve'na. You wont find him much harder to slay than your
average black rat, however, the pay is much more generous.
