The recent post from Omeg seems to have caused more questions than it
answered. Omeg's comments about a new city are old information based on
initial ceasefire negotiations entered into with Spinesreach around five
months ago.

Severn informed Makano that He would like to build a new city on the
ruins of Ashtan, and this was told to the Alliance, and became a point
of negotiation for further treaty terms. However, this particular issue
was later removed from all terms, and has not been discussed since.
