My withdrawal from the war.

Hello, everyone. I feel that to minimize the number of questions I have
to deal with, I should publicly post my announcement that I'm leaving
the combat field and why.

My reasons for leaving are many, some small, some large and serious. On
a lesser level, I'm very tired of being expected to lead the forces of
the alliance into battle when they refuse to do what I say with any
speed. If at all. There's times when I'll literally say something ten
times and it won't get done, even if this directly leads to the demise
of a group, I'm still not listened to. Even though I'm perhaps the most
active leader of the alliance, I'm not considered important enough to be
told things as simple as how many troops our allies have. I guess that's
not important when planning military action? I'm not told how many
commodities my own city has, all I seem to be told is what I can't do
and who to kill. Perhaps that's the life of a soldier, but I don't like
it so I'm leaving that behind.

What little information I am given however worries me greatly. The
official alliance between Bloodloch and Duiran says that Bloodloch gets
the Morgun forest, but Duiran captured all of it and I've been told not
to capture it back. Duiran is apparently scheduled to get almost all of
the land. Bloodloch gets only part of Scidve and part of Liruma, neither
of which provide resources used to produce Bloodloch troops.

What's going on here? If Ashtan is going to be a crater, then Bloodloch
is expending all of its troops, for a war that will not increase its
capacity at all. Bloodloch will never be a power again after this, win
or lose. Why does Duiran, which has sacrified less than half as many,
less than one fourth as many troops as Bloodloch, get so much more land?

And why are all new commodities coming in since the war in Zephy's
pocketbelt instead of in the quartermaster? Even victory at this rate
will be the end of Bloodloch, I won't be surprised either if Zephy moves
to Duiran with her massive pocketbelts after the war ends. Because
barring drastic changes, what little information the Alliance leaders
have accidentally given me shows that Loch is already finished.

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Variach, in the year 124 MA.
