Greetings Aetolia,
Firstly, I write from the perspective of an ex-Ashtanite. Alamar's
actions were taken because, truthfully, YOU (the people it was targetted
at) have given him no other choice. When you choose to join in a war,
you should expect nothing less then to find the fight coming to your own
homes. You all KNEW that Alamar had and has the ability to start forest
fires, and you are suprised that this occured?
I think you should count yourself lucky that exterminations haven't
started..because they are far, far harder to combat. Instead of
complaining about it, you all should have prepared. I can remember back
to when I was a citizen of Duiran, and a member of the Druids, we had
plans for what to do when the forest started burning As well as having
regular checks to ensure all was well. The fact that so much damage was
done is not only Alamar's fault, but yours as well for not ensuring that
fires could be dealt with quickly.
As the Crashing Waves are generally able to keep divine grace, they
should have surveyed the area afterwards, then they would have found the
fires.
Now, from my position as what you would all consider "rogue", I find all
of your actions distasteful. For those of you aiding Lady Slyphe, are
you aiding to help Her, or yourself?
To the Luminaries/Daru that have thought to assist "Slyphe but not
Bloodloch" while assisting Lady Slyphe in keeping Ashtan Militia
precense in the realm to a minimum..all you are doing is aiding
Bloodloch's militia. As beings of light and fire, I would have thought
this to be most distasteful for you to do..but obviously your tenous
ability to consider only one part of a situation allows you to continue
in your actions without considering yourself as hypocrites.
Stop wasting public boards with your useless junk. No one cares anymore.
Hurry up and someone win this war so that everyone else can go on with
their lives. Perhaps you should all join a clan that you can insult each
other in, so we don't have to sift through cartloads of rubbish to find
the occaisional gem.
