Needless to say, I support Duiran, Sentinel, and Druid in their refusal
to sell herbs and refills. To those who have made contracts with me,
I will fill them if I have the herbs, but no more then that. Any
harvesting that I shall do henceforth will be to help plant for the
recovery of the world.

What kind of despicable creature would destroy 99% of the world? To no
gain?
