Safety of existence?

Greetings Emperor Abhorash. I wish to comment on what I have seen thus
far in your two posts. Before this though, I wish to clarify, I speak
for myself and for no one else, and I do this in a peaceful manor. I
have no means of getting another group mad at me. The Aisu are enough
for me to deal with at the time.

To begin, Necromancy is a skill, a tool given to the occultists and
infernals. This is given to them to help aid them in life. It is not a
vampire skill. Now, pardon my ignorance here, but you vampires have
skills of your own, what is to stop me from banning your skills and
saying I want people to be tested before using them? Well, obviously
sheer strength, but outside of that, nothing. Food for though, hmm?

Next, you say that these Necromancers are harmful? I have heard nothing
thus far of you or your city being attacked by these folks. I don't
expect to hear anything either, as I know these two guilds are run by
extremely capable leaders. So really, you have no case.

What is boils down to is this, you may be an emperor of your city of the
undead, but your city has no control over the skills of guilds outside
your city. Really, in honesty, I am a bit shocked at how meaningless
your posts are. If you have complaints of these guilds skills, speak to
a god or goddess, for you have no right to control something that is not
within your grasp.

Thank you for reading, and I hope that this will help you in seeing the
error in your opinions.
