Greetings all!

While I seem to be the one burdened with sadness of not being able to
share news considered "Good", I do bring forth news of the truth. Many
of you know that there has been in the planning stage a festival in
honor of the return of Lady Khepri, Goddess of Mischief for the past
several years. With the most recent of meetings Lady Khepri, Myself, and
countless other devoted people derived at a plan of action for this
celebration which would rival any before and yet to come... We were to
celebrate in and around the streets of Ashtan drinking, playing games,
basicly enjoying our comrads in the name of fun mirth and mayhem.

But This was to be changed.

Since a few months ago, I have heard from a secret source of a war
planned between the cities of Bloodloch and Ashtan. And after I spoke
with Lady Khepri Herself, She mentioned that it would be in the best
interest of the public's safety (The festivle attendee's and inocent
bystanders) to postpone the celebration till after what ever caused the
war in the first place to end.
The Festivle will take place, I promice you this if not this year or the
next it will happen as soon as the war is over. I will keep you posted
as soon as a new date has been arranged, Also to those who have
contributed either in moneys, or efforts of crafts or time, I as well as
the other people involved in the festivle thank you from the bottom of
your hearts.


-And now for the part of the post thats purely MY OPINION-
Yeah, I know, I'm probably putting my foot in my mouth but I am ok with
that. My opinion on war is as follows, It's not the smartest thing to
do, If one person or a group of people is smart enough to rule a whole
city where peace is kept within the walls, why can't these people extend
that peace towards other peoples walls?

I am not for Ashtan, I am not for Bloodloch, I am simply a casual
observer of the world who is affected by actions of others. What one
faction does to another in essence shouldn't affect me, that is unless
the war gets out of hand and innocent people get pushed from cities, or
roads, or whole lands, or just plain killed.

I do not profess to knowing WHY there is a war, or WHAT the war is
about, as stated earlyer, To me, my opinion on war is an unnessisary
act, a waste of time in which people's lives are gambled away for if
anything a few feet of standing space.

I look forward to all the retorts to my opinion, but remember a few
things, This is only MY opinion (If you don't like it, don't listen to
it), Your opinion is just as valid as mine (So don't state that one's
opinion weighs more than another), and finally I will not be responding
back to any comments, quipps, jabs, or jests trying to make my opinion
sound as if I commited a cardnal sin against anyone.
