Just so we have this absolutely clear from the get go. I am going to
explain what enemy status means.

We are not going to hunt anybody down and kill em over and over again.
That is not our way.

However, anytime we catch you interfering with anyone else either to
make them miserable or to prevent them from doing something they have a
right to do, or to make them do something they do not wish to do, we
will respond appropriately. You will learn to behave yourself. You are
accountable for what you have done. We will not tolerate any further
misbehavior from you.
