I apologise if it appeared my post was to open a debate or solicit your
view. it wasn't. It was to inform people of the change in Shallam law,
so they wouldn't suffer from it through ignorance.

If you wish to debate or influence Shallam Law, then you should become a
citizen of our great city. Until then I suggest you concentrate on
Spinesreach, and leave Shallam to be run by Shallam citizens.
