A clarification:
If anyone is caught taking Lolipops from Ashtan without the intent of
returning them to Ashtan Orphans, and enrolling the Orphans back in the
Ashtan orphanage. The offense will be treated as theft.

crime. It is listed under Article 5. \

There will be no killing within the walls of Ashtan, over the stealing
