Earlier this month, Bloodloch was once more attacked
by members of Ashtan's militia and members of her council.
Guards and citizens were killed. These attacks took
place when the city population were at their lowest.
Bloodloch will not stand for these attacks by
Ashtan Council and members of her militia but take
it as a breach of our cease fire.


Bloodloch will take steps to ensure the safety of its citizens.
These attacks have been unprovoked, started by some personal
vendetta of the RL against citizens, that has gone way beyond that.


Bloodloch now demands that Ashtan do something about the repeated
attacks, until such time as we are satisfied that has been done,
the ceasefire will be broken. However, Bloodloch will not
attack Ashtan, this is NOT a prelude to war. It is a city that
has had enough, and have already asked on numerous occasions,
something be done, all of which have been ignored. I feel
this is our only option to gain the attention of Ashtan.

This is our last attempt to resolve a problem. Should these
hostilities not cease and the attackers remain in your care,
we are left with no option but to respond in kind.
