To the Bloodloch City Council:

You will notice you each wear My curse for the arrogance of your leader
in defiling My shrine in the City of the Damned. I have heard her
explanations for her disrespect, which all claim it was so Chakrasul's
shrine might be placed in its stead.

At no point was an attempt at contact made towards Me to discuss this.
Instead Zephy, aided by the kills of other of the Council Members,
defiled My shrine and destroyed it, and did not feel it necessary to
bring this up even after the fact.

This disrespect is untolerable. Whereas once I stood as your Patron, you
have done everything imaginable to drive Me away from you. What benefit
of the doubt was once there exists no longer, and you shall no longer
receive My aid.
