Earlier this month, Mephiston, killed Bloodloch guards.
The city of Bloodloch will not be held in hostage
by his terrorist attacks. Nor will we allow his further
actions to continue.

For each guard he kills, Bloodloch is offering
a 5k bounty for his death. A council member, overlord
or myself must see the death message.
For any citizen killed due to his rampage, we will
pay 5k for his death. We are not ones to be trifled with
and I simply will not stand for his antics.
